“You Are Amazing!”

Believe It!
Yesterday, I opened an envelope that contained the card: “You Are Amazing! I believe in you. You’ve got this! Your friend, ———.”
I had been struggling for several days to put out fires I had no part in creating — internet, credit card, mail deliveries I had counted on which were delayed. I felt very sorry for myself.
A 180-Degree Change
When I saw the card, my thinking changed 180 degrees. I told myself, You can choose how to react to these unforeseen circumstances. So, instead of doom and gloom, I said out loud, “Take the high road, be positive, and sort out each challenge objectively.”
I did exactly that and by day’s end, all of what had seemed like impossible resolutions not in my favor had become easily solvable in my favor. Two of them needed a few more days of “wait for the final result,” but I am confident the resolutions will be positive and the difficulties cleared up.
Stomping Down Molehills
Sometimes, molehills can become mountains in one’s mind before they are even tested.
My advice, whenever it appears mountains are forming, is to tell yourself, “I Am Amazing! The Higher Power created everyone this way. Believe It!
And, for good measure, whichever direction the winds take you each day, repeat out loud for the world to hear, “I Am Amazing!”
