To indicate the donation is for the Brian Jensen Scholarship, please include a Memo on the check (or enclose a note) such as: "Brian Jensen" or "Brian Jensen Scholarship"

(b) Under "Operating support category:"
- Select "Brian Jensen's Scholarships for Youth"
- Enter the "Gift amount" you wish to donate
- Click the "Donate Now" button
Step 2
A "Shopping Cart" page will appear with
- "Brian Jensen Scholarship for Youth" and your donation amount
- Check for accuracy
- Click the "Check Out" button to continue
Step 3
A "Log In" page will appear
- Below "Not Registered Yet?"
- Click the "Become a Shedd Member" button
NOTE: No membership payment or "joining" is required. The Shedd will collect your name, email, phone, and address for internal tax and accounting records, and after your donation, The Shedd will send you information on possible tax deductions.
Step 4
A "Register" page will appear.
- To continue, enter your email, a password, name, phone, and address
- Click the "Create Account" button to continue
Step 5
An updated Shopping Cart page will appear with
- "Billing Information" (your name and details) and
- "Brian Jensen Scholarship for Youth" and your donation amount
- Check for accuracy
- Click the "Proceed to Checkout" button to continue
Step 6
A Payment page will appear with
- "Billing Information" (your name and details) and
- "Transaction Information" (your donation amount)
- Enter your credit card information
- Check for accuracy
- Click the "Process Order" button to complete the donation
